  • Do you offer trial classes?
    Yes we do offer trial classes. The fee varies for different type of classes. Click on BOOKINGS to arrange for the trial classes.
  • What is the fees and payment policy?
    Fees are paid by at the before the 7th of every term (3 months). Term 1: January to March Term 2: April to June Term 3: July to September Term 4: October to December Fees will be prorated if the student starts in the middle of the term. There is a one-time registration fee ($30) for all new students. We accept the following payment mode:- Bank transfer Cheque PayNow PayLah.
  • What happens if I need to miss or cancel a class?
    For group classes, there’s no replacement classes. Once we have agreed schedules, all dates are set. For individual classes, parents will need to inform teachers 48 hours before the scheduled class. If the sudden cancellation is due to medical reasons, a medical certificate (MC) will have to needed. We highly encourage parents not to miss classes often as if affects the child's learning progress.
  • What happens if I need to withdraw from the class?
    OPTION 1 1 month written notice given by parent to the school. OPTION 2 Immediate effect upon agreement from teacher and parent.
